I'm knackered! What a long London day... 
The morning became entirely filled by a slow and uncertain journey on a high speed train, which actually sat still for far longer than it whizzed... I was lucky that the (long-awaited) NHS clinic that I attended first was able to shuffle appointments (I kept them up-to-date on my progress, and they were very helpful), and I then had an hour at the dentist in the middle of the afternoon, so I'm pretty worn out after all that train-ing, tubing, busing, waiting, and drilling. Fortunately, the dentist was working on a tooth that has no nerve, so no pain!
Staying with family in London as I've more appts tomorrow... I'm looking forward to getting home to Canterbury.
