London Calling

A very early start and on the train as we had a team day in London.

Turned out not to be the team meeting we had expected, role reductions have been announced, our team is not impacted but many teams we work with are.  We were also advised that from August everyone has to work two days a week in London. I have rather enjoyed working from home only doing my two hour each way trip for team days, but it seems that has come to an end.   No option, we all have to go in, well at least if you want to keep your job.

I was very sorry for those that had been put at risk but did feel rather grumpy for most of the day due to the change in the way we work.  I had a rather big glass of wine in the evening.
