Bone density scan

Today I had a bone density scan at Dingwall hospital which took less than half an hour, reason for scan was when I broke my wrist checking for Osteoporosis. 

After that went for food to a pub where dogs were allowed and Luna made herself at home on the seat beside me while Nala was on the floor sleeping. I tried a pint of Ice Breaker which was awsome, then went shopping. The weather was absolutely glorious where temperature was close to 20 degrees.

On the way home took my girls to the Roagie Falls for a walk which the loved.
