Time to go

I don't know why it's taken me so long to upload this!

This is Thom and his friend from home, Stan, who was down visiting for a few days.

I don't really like this picture, there's too much negative space and I wish I hadn't cut off Stan's hand! But to be honest it's the best of a bad bunch. I was really just taking pictures of the two of them to capture the day, as Stan was about to leave. They've been friends for a long time and I've always loved seeing them together - the way their mannerisms parallel, it's like watching brothers sometimes. Obviously that doesn't show so much in this photo, but it does always make me smile.
