Shield Bug.

Walking back to the shed this Shield Bug landed right in front of me.

The Dock Leaf Bug, shortened to Dock Bug, is called a Squashbug (often called Shieldbug in the UK although experts separate its order, Coreidae, from true Shieldbugs Pentatomoidea) but called a Squashbug in North America (a term which has travelled to the UK).
