BREAKFAST DONE AND DUSTED.

Left for the canal this morning at 5.20am and thought my extra would be my blip, however I stood for 20 minutes watching the heron, and it paid off as I was thrilled to get this shot.
My friend arrived at 10.30am, but had her son with her and he wanted to get home as they had been away since Wednesday.  They stayed until 3.30pm and we had lunch in the garden, it was so lovely to see her. She has said she will be back in the summer on her own and will stay.
