Magnificent

On my walk back from the hairdressers I walked past this magnificent rhododendron. The colours really are so vibrant.

This morning I went to minor injuries. My hand is still sore over 3 weeks after falling whilst out for a run. X-rays showed up an old scaphoid bone fracture which I never knew I had! Probably happened when I fell over two years ago and broke my ribs - that pain would have distracted from my hand! They didn’t think there was a new fracture but my forearm and hand is now immobilised in a splint and they are referring me to the orthopaedic surgeon for a possible scan to see if there is a new fracture there.
So, no driving for a while. Tricky with work next week. Spent some time today trying to rearrange appointments to virtual ones. It’s going to seem like Covid times again!
