Frikend Time!

My definition of a brilliant Friday night to mark the end of the working week and the start of the weekend is a freedom cycle or walk, a relaxing brew, a spot of TV or just a good old natter. It's an evening I set aside as a no work zone.

This definition is personal to me so I'm sure you all have you own. I'd love to find out more! :-)
