Urgent care

Yesterday I twisted my ankle while walking Laney- it was a heave in the sidewalk I didn’t notice because I was looking up for birds. Ho hum, I’ve dealt with a sprained ankle before so didn’t worry about it too much.
Early this morning I got a call that hubby took a header in his room and could possibly need stitches. So we both went to urgent care. He got stitches and I got a compression wrap for my ankle.
Now we are both resting.
