Windy beach

Walked round the village stopping at the bakery for breakfast. It was very windy at the beach but hot when you moved inland. 
We were hoping after last September that more of the beach would have returned but there is even less than there was then. This is a worry for the locals as the soft, sandy beach was one of things that brought people to Arillas. 
We spent the day by the pool, just relaxing and winding down although Frank did have to deal with some phone calls about his mum.
It is nice to be recognised in our favourite restaurants although tonight they were confused that we are here right at the start of the season rather than towards the end.
