QuickBlipDay
Another busy day, so left the camera firmly shut away until late afternoon - but by then it was drizzling. I've been admiring the sheets of female cones hanging on the Lawson's Cypress by the gate, so I thought they would be an easy target for today. The trouble was, they were gently swaying, and the camera was in danger of getting wet. These were taken from the underneath, towards the back, supporting myself against the trunk. Close up, they look as if they're developing a film of mould - a pity, but not surprising, given the weather and their sheltered position.
