The Annual Review

I received a text today from nhsscotland  asking me to book an appointment for my annual review. This will be a new experience for me.

Pat has just been through this and it seems to be very thorough and detailed.

I thought I had better check my weight and that is the subject of today’s entry. My personal weight scales not used for several months. 

They are quite sculptural! My weight is acceptable and is firmly in the green range specified by NHS.

I should also check my blood pressure. That can wait for another day.
