It's hot out there!

Grandchildren called to visit this afternoon and requested the paddling pool be brought out. Our back garden is a real suntrap, and gets really hot on a beautiful day like today.

They had quite a few hours of fun whilst their mum and I clipped their poor dog who was suffering in the hot weather with a surplus of long coat - she looked quite depressed when we had finished with her, but will be much cooler now. Would have blipped the dog but she was hiding after her clipper experience!

M was happy to jump in the pool to be photographed, and I have to admit to having had a paddle myself!
