The view from our balcony

Big change today, sunshine and temperatures in the 20’s.
Having left our luggage at the hotel this morning for collection by the baggage service we headed off up to the foothills for a long traverse on the ridge overlooking the mountains above yesterday’s foothills.
A good walk with some stiff climbs and tricky steep descents.
Trying to balance whilst taking a big step down the tree trunk stump I was using as a support snapped off and my arm went inside the hollow stump with rather unpleasant results.
Later at the next apartment we recreated a scene from Casualty but with real blood.
. It is still a bit sore but not serious.
A trip to the supermarket for food and drink for the weekend and we are now having a Lasko before cooking our dinner.
