Electric blue

I'm not sure if this is a dragonfly or damsel. Perhaps fellow blippers can tell me?

I photographed it on the shore of Coniston Water this afternoon. What a wonderful sunny day it has been.

Exercise today - lots of walking around Elterwater, then Coniston, perhaps 3 hours in total?
