I was awake half the night.

I made me and Noo have breakfast - lovely eggs from Hannah!

I went for a run - only able to run at weekends these days, so pleased to be progressing, (if only slightly).

Really grateful for good blip friends and my sister Anna!

I can’t be all bad.
