Micky's Magnolia

I am in London now visiting my mum. The journey down was good. When I arrived my brother was visiting, so we had time for a catch up, cup of tea etc
Mum and I are sorting out her paintings now. These are pictures that are close to my heart and are like old friends.
In the evening we had a super dinner out, and watched a TV programme about John Betjaman, which we both enjoyed.
We have always called this Magnolia after the lady who planted it, she was one of mum's neighbours who retired to Venice.
