3428. Glorious day!

What an amazing day it has been weather-wise, so warm and very pleasant!  I was in town early today to take my AirPod Max headphones back to CEX…again….I spent 90 minutes on the phone with Apple yesterday and the last chap I spoke to was the most helpful, he was adamant that the headphones were “locked” in the FindMy app to another user’s account because they hadn’t been removed properly when they were traded in.  The chap in CEX was happy to test the headphones again and took the information the Apple technician had given me to try and reset them and get them functioning properly.  He also said that if he couldn’t get them set up that they would replace them if give me a refund.  I went back a couple of hours later and he told me that he thought they were faulty and that the issue was “known”issue as far as Apple were concerned.  He had ordered me some new ones and they will arrive on Tuesday…hopefully they won’t have the same issue!

After that we met the family for lunch as usual, minus my youngest as he was working.
