Near the sports ground

… we live near the shops and sportsground. People park along here during the week and you often find some trolleys left behind. There were 5 along this section.

I did too much yesterday and today my knee has been complaining. I’ve cut back today and am using ice and elevation again. Haven’t used ice for awhile. It’s too cold.

For some reason I signed up for Qantas Frequent Flyer points when I was working. I had 19 points which wouldn’t help much but as they passed their use by date I now have reverted to zero. I usually prefer to fly other airlines so it doesn’t matter. Our son worked for Qantas and we were looking forward to a trip away but he got a redundancy when COVID stopped operations. Lucky for him he was able to go to Japan and only just got home before boarders closed.
