More infrared tests

As mentioned in a previous blip, I have purchased a new "revolutionary" infrared filter. I'm still not convinced.  With exposure times of 8 secs I am forced to use a tripod, thus reducing the subjects to more or less non moving ones.  An IR-converted camera might give me normal exposure times.  But the pricetag is a bit high...  450 EUR compared with the cost for the filter - 80 EUR.

Anyone with any experience?
