Tucking in
Mrs B got me to a cider farm this afternoon – under false pretences. She told me that it would be for tea and cakes, and that it would be for a good cause. In fact it was a big cream tea, followed by a short stroll, for appearances' sake, and a pint of the driest cider I've had for a long time. All in brilliant sunshine among like-minded types and old cars.
These two were enjoying it, without a doubt. In the background, a Singer and an Austin.
In the Extras some local, vintage sights, as if from a bygone age.
