Aylesford Hunter Trials this morning. Was supposed to be doing pairs with Syd but she's on crutches after falling off on Wednesday night so I had to be brave and go solo. I was nervous but Bud was really steady in the heat (and cos he got out last night and had a belly full of grass). We had one refusal but he jumped it fine on the second approach and jumped everything else lovely. Got a lovely pro photo of him coming through the water with the sunlight glistening off his hoof splashes.

Spent the afternoon trying to help Mike lay the bedroom floor and trying not to get covered in adhesive. It's horrible stuff!
