A lovely day.

Our original plans were postponed as my friend was taken ill but we met some other friends early for a riverside walk in Ely before lunch.

On the way home F asked if I fancied looking at this other walk, and I was very pleased. Look at the view! 

My left foot is complaining and I may always need the hiking pole to do it but I'm determined not to let this lack of full recovery stop me being out in nature!
