Lunch to Go

Sundays, eh...

One reason I am doing this fundraiser is to use it to get myself doing things and/or going places where life does not usually take me.

It worked today. That is the good news - or part of it. 

It only took me as far as the Dismal Retail Park, but the walk gave me today's 5 km. 

Apart from clocking up the kilometres my purpose was to buy some lunch. This never happens these days - going out to buy a sandwich on a Sunday. The sandwich was not very good, but that is not the point. 

More good news is that when I was in the bakery I resisted the temptation to guzzle a bacon roll and a coffee. I impressed myself. 

On the other hand, that paper bag contains a doughnut. I am not perfect.
