Saying hi

We had an event at church tonight. Katie messaged during it saying she was a bit sad and snuggled in her bed for a while. She wanted to be part of it. We don't generally speak while she's away - We communicate a lot but not verbally - but she needed to check in with everyone. So we video called and everyone said hi. I talked to her for a while and then she just wanted to watch  a bit and sat there with a gorgeous grin on her face just watching most of her people in the same room. 

A week til half term. Kiddo needs it.
