Six Spots
This is a new one to me, a Six-spot Burnet Moth, Zygaena filipendulae. When I was photographing it earlier I thought this was the same moth that my friend 'FuzzyFotoFrohoc' had taken the other day, but the markings are very different.
Six Spot Burnet in furry large with black & white spotted eyes.
It's been a very interesting day, firstly my certificate arrived for my NVQ Level 5 in Management achievement, very chuffed with that! Then we went into town so I could pick my reading glasses, that was weird. Things got even weirder watching Lisicki fall apart in the ladies final at Wimbledon. Then I finally caught up with watching the British & Irish Lions go for the Aussie jugular, 16-41, a very impressive win!
