Lank Rigg

Over towards Ennerdale is a lone Wainwright that we'd not done on this round - Lank Rigg. We tried it once in wet conditions and managed the first river crossing, but couldn't manage the second one - it was too wide, deep and fast flowing.

Today the rivers were like little streams, with stepping stones easily visible. That said, much of the walk was still very boggy, so possibly not a fell to be attempted in the winter.

Not an area I find remotely inspiring photographically, so had to make do with this tarn / puddle
