Cracking day on the Spey for intro to oc1. (With some sneaky intro to ww kayak joining us too) 
The ladies loved it and did awesome getting to grips with new craft and new environment.
Ended up with effectively running 2 totally opposite sessions alongside each other.
Half group already with some river experience but transferring to a new craft.
Half group never been on a river and never been in a ww kayak. 
Low water with lots of ninja rocks added an extra bit of brain work.
Very very earned the ice cream stop on the way home!
