Peaceful coexistence

Three very different birds.

Good to see that they can share a little island with no friction.

Mrs. K. Took a group of interested botanists to Trowbarrow Quarry Nature Reserve. Bee Oechids and Fly Orchids found.
I was dropped off for two hours at Leighton Moss where I visited three hides. I avoided the hide full of six year olds although I am all in favour of them being brought here.

There was nothing very photogenic today so I continued my new birdsong hobby. Lots recorded including Kingfisher, Cetti’s and several other Warbler
Curlew plus various Ducks and Geese and many more. Great fun.
