Meadow
I’m left home alone today, as G and his brother continue with the Anglesey Coastal Path. The three of us completed several sections five or six years ago before my illness took hold. Then Covid came along and the walk was forgotten. Long walks are beyond me for the moment, so I’m happy to be left behind.
So it’s a local wander for me. I just love the wild flowers springing up right now, the urban meadows and grass verges liberally sprinkled with whites and yellows and pinks. The buttercups seem particularly good this year, so I’m not sure why I’ve chosen to focus on one that’s past its best - but then I rather like its structure.
Monday
Apologies for the very late posting (yes, I know I’m always late, but this is even later). We’ve been out all day and I forgot to post before we left!
