Box blight? Box Caterpillar?

My poor box hedge. After 20 years of growing, it is looking very sorry for itself. Not 100% sure what it is. My gardening friend is going to come and have a look and advise what to do. It’s such a shame as the hedge gives us a bit of privacy from the road and it has been decimated.
