Slight improvement

After yesterday's gloom we had a lot of overnight and morning rain. Apart from grocery shopping I have been cooped up inside all day. I looked out this afternoon ant the rain had stopped on the hills where we live. Much of the city was still not visible but there is hope of a developing fine day tomorrow.We have had virtually no rain for the best part of 6 months so the last 2 days have come as a bit of a shock to the system.
