Where countryside and beach meet

Really early start today to meet two online photographer friends. They had discovered a wonderful beauty spot not far from home where it was felt we would have loads of opportunities for interesting pics. We parked in a well hidden car park, clearly people are not meant to discover this spot, and walked a mile across country to the beach. The views were amazing but, by the time we arrived, the sun was very harsh and bright, so there were lots of blown highlights. Also found some wonderful poppy fields. However, decided to include the country scene.
