I seem to be behind the curve

I didn’t get much chance to take photos today but I did manage this piece of wall graffiti with my iPhone while walking the dogs. Although too late for  yesterday’s monoMonday challenge, I thought it worth posting anyway. The challenge is to work out what it says. I certainly don’t know.
