Evening light

On the birch tree. Caught up with housework then wrote and recorded a meditation that I was inspired to do. It actually goes with this week's podcast so they will both be released on Thursday. I also edited and scheduled said podcast. In the afternoon my friend came over for a cup of tea and a wee walk she also gave me some plants that she had started for me for the garden.
