Local history

Always interesting to find out a bit more about places you pass through or even spend quite some time. I spend a lot of time in Alloa, know it's on ' The Mill Trail' but not really dug into its history. Today I was presenting at The Town Hall and noticed this bust. Was interesting to find out who he was. Alloa Town Hall. It's a really beautiful building.
