Restoration Yard, Dalkeith Country Park

We took the number 3 bus out to Dalkeith to meet up with our friends S & K at the Restoration Yard.

Restoration Yard was the stables for the Buccleuch Estate. Built in the mid 1700s it had slowly deteriorated over the years until the 2014 restoration to cafe, restaurant, shops.

What a beautiful day it was. We sat outside in the sunshine enjoying our tea and scones.
