Awards ceremony

I have recently started a new job, still as a midwife, but now as a Labour Ward Coordinator (aka Senior Maternity Sister). It's still at the same hospital, and working with the same amazing team, but with more responsibilities and more hours. 
As part of the Labour Ward Coordinator team, we were invited to an awards ceremony as we had been nominated for (and won) the Working Together annual award. There were lots of other categories and lots of representation (and winning!) from the maternity department. It was a brilliant night and a lovely start to being a part of this team.
