Apologies...

... to anyone sensitive but I rather like this picture of a mug which No.2 sent me!  In view of everything going on - I echo the sentiment.

Today was BP first thing then home for a shower - a knock on the door and the guys from the granite place had arrived to remove the worktop to be re-sized .  Kitchen refit is not for another couple of weeks so it was a bit premature but - oh well?

Quick sandwich then off to F for tea with the girls.  Only a small group today but we had lots of laughs and covered lots of subjects and it was a tonic to be with friends. L gave me a bag of goodies for No.1 - her daughter works for a high end beauty brand and always has lots of freebies and is very generous in giving them away.
