Caged birds

I have only just put the caged fat-ball feeder out, and I’m pleased that a great tit found his way in straight away.  I’m doubly pleased that a sparrow has elected to join the great tit for the feast
 
At extra we have a greenfinch on the nuts.
 
 
What a miserable day it’s been.  This morning’s Biskit walk was just a wet downpour, but it did brighten up a bit for this afternoon.  I’m still recovering from Monday’s exercise which doesn’t help matters.
 
Venison stew/casserole for dinner this evening, maybe that’ll cure some ills.
