Wet Leaves

Back to rain and cold weather today. Mark painted our summer house (in the background) yesterday, I like the colour we chose for it.

We had our friends Jim and Liz round for coffee this morning and we were joined by Mrs Puke who has just returned from Valencia.

This afternoon I had an appointment with the Physiotherapist who is very pleased with my progress.  She was happy for me to start doing more bending as long as I do it gradually
