Och…

…the big dugs no’ weel!

Morning Weim wander and there was blood when he pee’d! Quite a bit of blood and quite disconcerting so vet appointment was made!

The thinking is that he has “benign prostatic hyperplasia”…so an enlarged prostrate. This diagnosis came after the vet sedated him so she could have a good look at him. A course of antibiotics and another tablet and hopefully he’ll be on the mend.

Annoyingly we changed his insurance last Friday…new insurance policy you can’t claim for ten days! Our bank account is considerably lighter this evening!

Itemised on the bill was “sedation reversal” I have no clue what this did as he was out of it for most of the day!

Grateful for a diagnosis and a course of treatment.
