Allermuir Hill

A day that makes it seem like summer has arrived. A wee bit cool in the shade, but in the sun, nice and warm. Quiet day at work  Walk around the local roads trying to get some good photos. But they turn out blurry. So probably using too wide an aperture.

After work, a walk down to Braidburn Valley Park. A small flock of starlings were looking for their tea. The angle of the sun wasn't quite enough to pick out the iridescence of the feathers on one of the flock, Extra. A nice view of Allermuir on the walk back, sun shining very brightly on the northern slopes. While Edinburgh is not far enough North to have 24 hours of daylight. We are now in that short period of time where we don't experience night time. We have daytime and twilight (weather permitting that is).
