Tiny Gem
A full day for me beginning with routine of meds and home PT exercises and off to do some gym stuff before my chiropractor apt. Then the next set of home PT then acupuncture . He reread thoroughly my MRI and he says the tear is long but not all the way thru and feels pretty positive that with time and diligent care I can heal—. I don’t need to play major league ball anymore or do mt climbing so my goals are less extreme. I’m feeling more positive that it I stick to the self care I may heal ! It’ll mean a tedious schedule but so would major rotator tear rehab . My commenting is and will be sporadic due to time constraints and that all the typing sends some hand/arm pains.
Finished third PT set and a heat/cold treatment now resting it. Thanks for the blip “ear”here !
