Touring Budapest

We saw this monument last time we were here and it is to recognise the invasion of Hungary by the Nazi's and was erected over several nights against the wishes of the population of Budapest as they claim it distorts history. Im the foreground are letters of protest clipped to a strand of barbed wire and several old suitcases representing those who last their lives for no other reason than their belief's.

On a lighter note we started the day at and exhibition of Banksy's work, of which there is lighter on in the Extra, the two Blips link as Banksy is a protestor too.

An overcast day turned out to be warm.
