The Orangemen cometh

Men in orange suits appeared today in the rain bearing new wheelie bins. This is so exciting that I can barely restrain myself from shouting: Hooray!
I’m wondering if they are for radioactive waste. It’s a good idea but if people can’t distinguish between food waste, plastic  and glass, heaven help us.
