Morston Salt Marsh

After yesterdays appalling weather today is so much better. The sky is still full of clouds but they are keeping themselves occupied with things other than raining on us.
Went out to the Norfolk coastal path, the current favorite section between Morston Quay and Blakeney. There were warning signs that the grass was being cut but that was not true as the cutter had broken down some way along the path. The driver and a mechanic there looking at it with very serious faces but did not seem in any hurry to sort it out. I don't blame them, if you have to break down somewhere there a few better places to do it.
In Blakeney we met some people with a couple of dogs, one was a Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen and the other was a Petit Basset Griffon Vendeen, and this one looked exactly like Harry ( on the right). A long chat and found their PBGV acted exactly like  Harry used to. Meeting this one made me feel quite nostalgic about Harry, he was noisy and smelly and did not do as he was told, a total pain in the bum and I loved him dearly.
