Sydney International Regatta Centre

MrJones has blipped about here before. It is a great versatile facility. Today was a 20km bike ride - averaged 26.7km/hr over the pretty flat course (well above the speed limit blipped). It has two small pinches that if you have been working hard enough over the flats make for a nice burn. When I was training hard and competing I used to average 33km/hr over the course. Which would have me place nicely in b grade of the local cycling club which also use the course to compete. Couldn't have asked for a better day for the ride, slight head wind but a gorgeous 18degrees.
