Beach

Badminton with mates in the morning.

At lunchtime C and myself were in porty where C was meeting Val for a chat. We met up with H and G who had bought a beach picnic.

Later in the afternoon Val's husband Reg and I moved the wardrobe bank to the flat, hard work.

Had some great risotto in the back garden and watched some tv after that.

Great weather today, I'm glad I had on the factor 50 while on the beach.
