Blackbird and Grape

I spent most of the morning sorting out what had happened to a shipment of our maps heading for Madeira. It turns out that the shipper (for reasons so far unknown) got the shipment as far as mainland Portugal - and then sent it back to England. Grrh! The shipment has gone out again using a different carrier.

Now I'm relaxing at home, not doing the chores I'd planned but reading on the sofa. I'm reading 'The Luminaries (Eleanor Catton) at the moment, not the easiest of reads but I'm getting into it more now,  as I get used to the language used which reminds me of Dickens.
